By installing, accessing, or using the Twin Trails game (the “Game”), you become a user and agree to abide by this End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") established by the Developer (“Developer”).
Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game according to the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Game is licensed, not sold.
The Game and all copyrights, trade secrets, patents and other intellectual property rights therein are the sole and exclusive property of the Developer.
The Game is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Game.
This license is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Developer disclaims all warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, and performance of the Game.
Neither the Developer nor its suppliers or distributors shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
The Developer reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game following such modifications signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.BY USING THE GAME, YOU ARE EXPRESSING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT GRANTED PERMISSION TO USE THE GAME AND MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE.
